Get up from the desk and start moving.
Much of today's work is done sitting down. The body barely moves while the mind is constantly busy – stress builds up and often lingers longer than is good for us.
Regular exercise clears the head, releases tension and restores energy. People who move work with more focus, feel more balanced and get through the working day with more clarity.
That is exactly where our corporate training comes in.
Not fighting. Training for body and mind.
Boxing training is structured physical and mental training. It combines movement with focus, builds coordination and creates a clear moment away from work.
Repeated drills calm the mind. At the same time the body gets stronger and stress is released in a controlled way.

More focus
Clear, repeated drills quiet the mind – and bring concentration back to the desk.
Less stress
Tension is released in a controlled way while the body gets stronger.
Stronger teams
Training together away from everyday work encourages conversation and team spirit.
For everyone on the team – no experience needed.
Our corporate sessions are designed so that every employee can take part, whatever their fitness or experience. The focus is on moving together, mental relief and a positive shared experience.
The training deliberately creates distance from everyday work, encourages exchange and builds lasting team spirit.
